Villages northeast part have vulnerability, while those southwest are relatively vulnerable (2) External environmental phenomena leading factors induce Specifically, ecological subsystem composed exposure, sensitivity, adaptation principal determinant economic also core social an important (3) According principle adapting measures local conditions, different regions should seek reduce embeddedness path dependence.
